Certified Scrum Product Owner

Build the Right Product

Improve Delivered Product

 Deepen Team Adaptation

2-days  The Certified Scrum Product Owner course puts you on the path to become a great leader for your product development team. Upon course completion, participants are registered as Certified Scrum Product Owners (CSPOs), which includes a one-year membership in the Scrum Alliance.

Why a Scrum Product Owner?

Scrum is a proven method for managing complex product development and Product Owners hold a key role in delivering those products. A simple “inspect and adapt” framework to organize teams for maximum efficiency and effectiveness is the cornerstone of the Scrum philosophy.

While the Product Owner role is conceptually simple and involves few guidelines, the Scrum framework emphasizes an inward facing paradigm. Practicing the inward facing paradigm while managing the feature work of a story is a critical skill and there is little guidance on how to craft the work.

This course will provide learners with skills to adapt between an outward and an inward facing product development paradigm. The course is designed to bring participants through a broader view of product creation by exploring 3 questions:
